Please remember that your gift certificate is non–refundable and non–redeemable for cash. If your certificate is lost, stolen or used without authorization, we will try to assist you. However, we do not guarantee replacement or re–issuance of your certificate.  

Zuri offers special spa packages during the holidays that offer services at a discounted rate.  Gift certificates written for such promotional packages are redeemable as packages only and may not be substituted for products or other services.

Gratuity may not be added to certificates.  Gift certificates may not be accepted after their expiration date.  Please present your certificate at the time of your service.
