My mom (Jeanie Hoover) told me you cut her hair recently and it reminded me to let you know that I tried the salon in SoHo to which you referred me.  They weren't bad, and were decently priced for New York, but my experience there only served to reinforce my favorable opinion of your salon - a person can simply not find a better cut, or better colorists, whose work is more consistently excellent than at Zuri.  I always request (or maybe because I never plan ahead enough to book otherwise) on of the hair stylists that you have recently trained and I always walk away with an excellent cut for an extraordinarily reasonable price.  In the ten years I've been coming to Zuri (& Inter-Hair), none of which I have lived in Denver, I have never had a better cut anywhere - New York, Philadelphia, Washington D.C., Taiwan or any of the other places I have lived.  When I was last in Denver at the end of February, I received an excellent cut and new highlights which wowed the hair professionals at Fox News Channel in New York.  When styling my hair, all of their hair stylists ask me where I get my hair colored and cut, assuming I partronize one of New York's top salons.  In my estimation, your salon beats all the New York salons. Peter has been styling my hair for a long time, and  I have been repeatedly asked, often by strangers, "who cuts your hair?" even on trips to Europe and to Hawaii, where I live part of the year.  Since color is an important part of any hair style, I have relied on Peter's staff, which has remained consistently excellent through the years, to maintain flattering color(s) for my changing conditions and age, whether my focus is bicycling, swimming, or outdoor painting and subsequent public exhibits.

When circumstances require me to have anyone else cut or color my hair, I inevitably find disappointment.  There is simply no one, anywhere, as talented as Peter.

In addition to the talent available at Zuri, there is always a remarkably pleasant atmosphere, created by good people, which lingers and makes me look forward to my return.
