Guarantee
Zuri is confident you will like your new look and we guarantee our work.  Should you not be satisfied, we ask that you allow us to meet with you in person within 7 days to determine a solution.  Please be aware that home care instructions must be followed for all chemical work to ensure proper results.  A change-of-heart decision is the responsibility of the client.

Reservations
We suggest calling ahead of time to schedule your appointments, however reservations are not required.  When scheduling multiple appointments, such as a color service and a haircut, we recommend that you make arrangements at least one week in advance.  A credit card may be required to secure your reservation.

We understand that special circumstances are unavoidable and a cancellation may be necessary.  If you find yourself unable to keep an appointment, we request 24-hours notice or 48-hours for multiple appointments.  Guests who do not honor their appointments or cancel in less than 24 hours may be charged a cancellation fee.

If you find yourself late to an appointment, you may be asked to reschedule.  We would like to ensure that every guest receives the best possible service and the highest quality of work, therefore our technicians cannot shorten any appointment.

Payment
Payment is made at the end of your visit at the check-out desk.  We accept VISA, MasterCard or cash as a form of payment.  Personal checks must contain an in-state address with a valid Colorado ID.  If a Zuri, Spa Wish or Spa Finder gift certificate is your form of payment, we request that you bring your certificate with you and present it to the cashier upon check out.  Gratuity is not included and may be accepted in the form of cash or check.
