About Your Visit
We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your appointments. This will allow you time to fill out paperwork and adjust to the spa environment. Our hostess will show you to the changing area where a robe, slippers and lockers are provided. If you choose, you may relax in the sauna and enjoy a cup of herbal tea before your technician accompanies you to your private treatment room.

Reservations
We suggest calling ahead of time to schedule your appointments, however reservations are not required. When scheduling multiple appointments or a spa package, we recommend that you make arrangements at least two weeks in advance. A credit card may be required to secure your reservation.
We understand that special circumstances are unavoidable and a cancellation may be necessary. If you find yourself unable to keep an appointment, we request 24-hours notice or 48-hours for multiple appointments and spa packages. Guests who do not honor their appointments or cancel in less than 24 hours may be charged a cancellation fee.
If you find yourself late to an appointment, your treatment may be shortened or you will be asked to reschedule. If your treatment is shortened, it will end on time so that the next guest will not be delayed.

Policies
To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, we request that you turn off your cell phone or pager when visiting our spa. For the comfort of our guests, children are not permitted.

Payment
Payment is made at the end of your visit at the check-out desk. We accept VISA, MasterCard or cash as a form of payment. Personal checks must contain an in-state address with a valid Colorado ID. If a Zuri, Spa Wish or Spa Finder gift certificate is your form of payment, we request that you bring your certificate with you and present it to the cashier upon check out. Gratuity is not included and may be accepted in the form of cash or check.
